Newsletter regulations

These terms set out the rules for providing the newsletter service by Querion Surynt sp.k., with its registered office at ul. Polna 4, 58-573 Piechowice, Poland (VAT ID 5253006633), hereinafter the Controller. Contact: kontakt@querion.pl, and for personal data matters: rodo@querion.pl.

The newsletter is a free service consisting of periodically sending information about the offer, attractions, events, promotions and news of Querion - the Hypermedia Entertainment Park - to the provided e-mail address.

Subscription takes place by entering an e-mail address in the form on the website and confirming the subscription. Using the service requires consent to the processing of data for the purpose of sending the newsletter and consent to receiving commercial information by electronic means (Art. 10 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means).

The e-mail address is processed on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) solely for the purpose of providing the newsletter service - until consent is withdrawn. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive the newsletter.

The subscriber may unsubscribe at any time and without giving a reason - by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of every message or by writing to kontakt@querion.pl. Unsubscribing is equivalent to withdrawing consent and removing the address from the mailing list.

The subscriber has the rights arising from the GDPR: access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Complaints regarding the newsletter service can be submitted to kontakt@querion.pl - a response is provided within 14 days. The Controller reserves the right to amend these terms for important reasons, of which subscribers will be informed in advance. The terms are available free of charge at querion.pl.
